About Me
I am passionate about helping women navigate the complexities of family, cultural identity, trauma, and relationships. I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and connected to yourself. Through an approach that honors your nervous system and having healthy boundaries, I help my clients explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and cultivate more authentic relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is attachment-focused, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that healing starts with understanding yourself. I combine evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ART, mindfulness practices, assertiveness training, and solution-focused techniques, to help clients heal from past wounds, build emotional resilience, and create healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
My experience spans working with children and adults across a variety of settings, including coordinating services for children with developmental delays, providing behavioral support for neurodivergent children, and assessing the care needs of adults with disabilities. Since earning my Master of Social Work degree in 2021, I have been dedicated to helping women navigate trauma, relationships, and identity-related challenges.
